The Inner Work Most Programs Skip
About CEOsage
The way you show up in the world—your relationships, your work, your sense of purpose—is shaped by what’s happening beneath the surface.
Patterns you didn’t choose. Beliefs you absorbed long before you could question them. Parts of yourself you learned to hide so well you forgot they were there.
Most personal development skips over this entirely. It gives you tactics before you’ve done the groundwork.
CEOsage exists for the groundwork. Courses and programs grounded in depth psychology, self-leadership, and contemplative practice—designed for people ready to understand themselves at a level that truly changes things.
Who CEOsage Is For
CEOsage is for people who’ve already done some exploring.
Maybe you’ve been to therapy. Maybe you’ve built a meditation practice. Maybe you’ve read the books and listened to the podcasts and still feel like something’s missing—like there’s a whole layer beneath the surface you haven’t figured out how to reach.
Our students tend to share a few things in common:
You know you have patterns you didn’t choose. Reactions that don’t match the situation. Behaviors you can’t seem to outthink. Parts of yourself you keep running into, no matter how much work you do.
You’re willing to look at what you’d rather avoid. This isn’t feel-good personal development. The courses here go into territory most programs skip—because most programs are designed to keep you comfortable.
You’re not looking for someone to fix you. You’re looking for frameworks and practices you can actually use. Tools, not encouragement.
You’ve already tried the surface-level stuff. Affirmations, goal-setting, morning routines—they help, but they don’t reach the root. You’re here because you’re ready to go deeper.
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Who Built CEOsage
CEOsage was founded by Scott Jeffrey, who spent over 25 years coaching entrepreneurs, CEOs, and authors—people who, by external measures, had already won. What kept surfacing in those conversations was the same thing: external success meant very little when the inner world was chaotic.
Before CEOsage, Scott was a managing partner at a boutique consulting firm that brought psychological insights to organizations, including Kohl’s, The Life is Good Company, UNICEF, and Turner Classic Movies.
He has authored four books and published over 100 in-depth guides, which have been read by millions.
The courses here weren’t built from theory. They were built from thousands of hours of real conversations with people who were deeply successful and deeply stuck at the same time.
What We Offer You
Over 5,000 people have gone through our programs. 300,000+ individuals subscribe to Scott’s guide updates. What starts as curiosity on scottjeffrey.com often becomes something deeper here.
Our programs span the full arc of inner work—from foundational self-leadership to deep shadow integration:
Self-Leadership Essentials: Build a clear vision, establish your core values, and create the foundation for leading yourself
Shadow Training: Guide you through the process of meeting, understanding, and integrating the parts of yourself you’ve kept hidden
The Mastery Method: A practical system for quieting the noise, releasing stress, and accessing clearer cognitive functioning—built for people with limited time
Core Values Workshop: Take you from discovering your values to actually living them daily
Life Path Builder: Build a customized, actionable personal roadmap
Centering MasterWork: Tools for navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and confusion by learning to operate from your Center
Entrepreneur’s Blueprint: Guides you through the essential processes for building momentum and accelerating business growth
Each program is self-directed, so you can move at your own pace—with the depth of live instruction but the flexibility to do the work on your terms.
Why Our Courses Go Deeper
Most programs start with what you should do. We start with what’s in the way.
The patterns that keep you stuck aren’t surface-level, so surface-level solutions don’t reach them. A morning routine won’t touch the belief that you’re fundamentally unworthy. A goal-setting framework won’t resolve the part of you that sabotages the goal the moment it gets close.
Every course we build operates on a few convictions:
The inner world drives everything. You can’t out-strategize a mind you don’t understand.
Methods over theory. Knowing a concept isn’t the same as being able to practice it when you’re triggered, exhausted, or falling into old patterns.
Integration beats purity. We pull from Jungian psychology, Eastern contemplative traditions, and wherever the signal is strong. No allegiance to a single school—just what works.
Hard doesn’t mean broken. Growth isn’t always uplifting. Sometimes it’s disorienting and slow.
If you’ve been searching for something that goes deeper than tactics, you just found it.
